Terms of Use & Community Guidelines

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Flair, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Community Guidelines. Users are required to accept these terms before registering. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. User-Generated Content

Flair allows users to share flight activity, photos, and profile information. You are solely responsible for the content you post. By posting content, you grant Flair a non-exclusive license to display that content within the app.

3. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

Flair has a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, or threats of any kind
  • Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
  • Sexually explicit or violent content
  • Spam, scams, or misleading information
  • Content that violates any applicable law

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal without notice.

4. Reporting Objectionable Content

You may report any post you believe violates these guidelines using the report option available on every post (tap the ••• menu on any flight card). Reported content is immediately hidden from your feed. Our team is notified of every report and will review and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or account suspension.

5. Blocking Abusive Users

You may block any user from their profile page. Blocking a user immediately:

Blocked users are not informed that they have been blocked.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data, flights, and profile information will be deleted from our servers.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Flair after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
